Love this podcast! The lifeblood of any business is sales and Christine does an amazing job of making sales something you'll fall in love with instead of dread. [0:02] I’m sharing tips so that you can sell with more ease, grace, and confidence in your amazing business. And you can build a business you love and create the lifestyle of your dream, and hopefully, way beyond.
[3:43] Your job is to identify your Soulmate Client, to invite him or her to serve them in the best way possible. So they have a better business, a better life, a better lifestyle, whatever it is that you teach, and helps them to have happier life at the end of the day because that’s why they are coming in the first place.
So basically, you are holding the space in the Sales Conversation.
It is equally important that you also speak your truth.
So if you feel your Soulmate Client is actually telling you their BS story. And they fully believe in it, then it is also your job to call them out. It is really your job as the expert to call them out.
[11:38] You will also need to trust that you will find the right words at the right times. And then also be bold and courageous. Because you have nothing to lose in the first place. Right? It’s not your client yet
So you have all the space, all you need to do is just show up in the conversation. You are there to serve. You’re also there to have fun, and you’re there to show up authentically so that the person you’re talking to can identify themselves as your soulmate client or not.
Hi Gorgeous. This is episode number 339. You’re listening to Heart Sells! Podcast. I’m your host, Christine Schlonski. And this is Variety Friday. Well, basically, it’s one of the Fridays where Heart Sells! gets published, where I have my solo episode. And these days are here to share some of my wisdom to answer your questions to share some amazing resources, and tips so that you can sell with more ease, grace, and confidence in your amazing business. And you can build a business you love and create the lifestyle of your dream, and hopefully, way beyond. So today, I want to talk about messaging, I want to talk about how can you send out either email or create posts that really get your Soulmate Clients. At the same time, I want to share with you three valuable tips to help you feel so much better when selling. And it’s really interesting, I just have sent out my Empowerment Notes. And for those of you who don’t know, my Empowerment Notes are there to help you to support you to also share amazing advice and tips and also promote other amazing companies or businesses or experts that have something that I don’t offer. But that really can help you on your business journey. So it’s so much fun.
And I just got an email back from one of my wonderful clients. Dr. Anja Timmerman and this is basically what happens. As soon as you have tapped into your Soulmate Client, you know exactly that. Everything you do, you do for them, so to speak. And it’s interesting, because obviously, whenever you send out an email to your list, to your tribe, there are some people that unsubscribe. So I had a couple of unsubscribes. And I just looked at them. And it’s interesting when they opted in what they checked. And you know, I deleted them from the list, obviously. And sometimes we might be asking ourselves, why do I do something wrong? Don’t I get the right message, like what’s going on? Why are people unsubscribing but this was so beautiful to see at the same moment, where someone who’s obviously not my Soulmate Client, unsubscribed. So they identify as not a perfect match, which is amazing. So they unsubscribe, they made space on my list. They made space in my world for the ideal Soulmate Client to drop in. At the same time, my soulmate client forwarded or replied to the Empowerment Notes that I sent out. And she just had one word, well, in German, it’s one word she answered in German. But so basically, she said, printed out, right. So she printed the Empowerment Notes out because there were so valuable for her as my Soulmate Client, that she took the time to print them out, and probably put them on her desk. And then she just gave me an emoji with the little hearts as eyes. So if you write an email from your heart to your Soulmate Client, these are the reactions you should be getting. And then you know exactly how tapped in you are with your message. So I really hope that helps you when you sit down to write to your Soulmate Client. Don’t worry about the people who are opting out from your list. That doesn’t matter. It’s those people that are on your list that are your Soulmate Clients that matter. Those people will help you grow your business, those people will implement what you teach them and show them and they will get amazing results. And that’s basically your job. Your job in sales and selling your services is not to get everyone on board. Your job is to identify your Soulmate Client, to invite him or her to serve them in the best way possible. So they have a better business, a better life, a better lifestyle, whatever it is that you teach, and helps them to have happier life at the end of the day because that’s why they are coming in the first place. So I just wanted to share that with you.

And then obviously I wanted to share the three valuable tips that help you to sell much better. And we probably have all known that in some conversations and in this case, I’m talking about Sales Conversations. We totally feel out of place, right? We feel like someone may be following a blueprint, maybe you are getting started out, maybe you took a course about sales, and then somebody gave you a pitch, which means you start here, and then you do this. And then you ask these 10 questions. And then at the end, the person is manipulated, and they will book, which, in my point of view, that’s like, not on the book anymore, right? We want to sell with our hearts, from our hearts, being in integrity, and being authentic and really connecting to those clients that will make our world brighter, that will help our businesses to grow. And that will help us also feel amazing. So if you’re in for a ride with this kind of game, you’re really, really at the best place was Heart Sells! And obviously, if you want to share the podcast with one or two of your amazing friends, I would really appreciate that. But let’s get back to having a conversation, a Sales Conversation where you might have felt out of place. Or maybe you totally messed up a Sales Conversation. I remember I messed up many, many sales conversations in my life. And you know, it gets especially frustrating. When it’s towards the end, right? The client basically said they want to book and then something happens, and you totally are messing it up. So I don’t know if you’ve been there. If you haven’t, just be prepared, this can happen. This is totally normal. I’m just telling you this, you know, having done, I don’t know how many thousands of conversations, and hundreds of clients booked in the corporate world. And now basically doing that for myself is just that there will be things that go wrong, and it’s totally okay. What’s not okay, though, is if you don’t learn from it, right? So just be aware, don’t beat yourself up. Whenever something goes wrong, ask yourself better questions. Like how could I have done this? Or what triggered this response? Or, you know, was I really integrity, was I really authentic, so the person could feel who I am as a person, as a soul. And the most important thing to understand about sales is that the people already have more or less decided before they come on to the call with you in case you do sales calls or before they come into a Sales Conversation. If you know if we’re not talking about Cold Calling, if you’re talking about somebody reaching out to you, as the expert requesting a conversation with you. So if you have been in the place where you felt uncomfortable in a Sales Conversation where you feel like you totally messed it up, then these three tips are really, really for you. And hopefully, they help you to be even more of a heart-centered, authentic person that you are, and to help you to make a much bigger difference in the world by serving your wonderful clients. So my advice is before you even pick up the phone, or before you even hop on a Zoom call, or you meet your potential client, really drop into your heart. Because oftentimes, especially obviously, this has to do with making money, right? We are so focused on what will happen when that deal comes in. What can we buy? Where can we invest? Can we pay our bills, like this, all the things, circling in our hats if we are not careful and if we come from a place of neediness? So my advice is for you before you even touch that phone or the Zoom call, or maybe you even meet with your potential client in person, really drop into your heart and just say out loud or tell yourself in this upcoming conversation, I promise that I will come from my heart and that I will speak my truth so that my Soulmate Client will be able to see me, feel me and can make a decision from her or his heart to work with me. So basically, you are holding the space in the Sales Conversation. It’s not your responsibility to make a decision. It’s not your responsibility to get the person to sign or to say yes or to transfer money. It’s not your responsibility. Just to really, really notice it is so important that you trust and know that your soulmate has everything they need already inside of them. And I’m going to say that again, because it is so, so important. They come to you as an expert, right, but they already have everything they need inside of them. And you are not here to fix him or her. You are here to hold the space and chair from your heart. And they will know exactly if you are right for them at this moment in time. So that’s number one.
I promise that I will come from my heart and that I will speak my truth so that my Soulmate Client will be able to see me, feel me, and can make a decision from her or his heart to work with me.
And basically having said that it is equally important that you also speak your truth. So if you saw your client is telling you a story, and we probably all had that if you have had some sales conversations, you know that your sale assumes a client could potentially just start sharing their BS because they haven’t worked with you. So they haven’t overcome the challenge. And they still believe in some of the stories they tell themselves. So if you feel your Soulmate Client is actually telling you their BS story. And they fully believe in it, then it is also your job to call them out. It is really your job as the expert to call them out. They’re not broken, they don’t need to be fixed. But you need to call them out if they tell you a BS story. And obviously, you stay true to who you are, and you stay grounded and authentic and in your heart while you do that. This then means that no matter what you say, every word you say your soulmate will benefit. And just to what I’ve said before, I want to make really, really clear that all of this only, and solely applies to your Soulmate Client. If it’s not your Soulmate Client, it doesn’t really matter, you will not have the same effect. That’s why finding your Soulmate Client is so, so very important.
And I know from my group coaching program, the Heart Sell! Smart Start, where it’s basically a Smart Start right? Putting the foundation in place, so that you can create the most wonderful higher ticket offers for your Soulmate Client, really have fun, and help you to make more money while you help more people. The soulmate client is a big part of that conversation because there are so many teachings on the market, where you have to talk about demographics, and the kind of income level and where do you, your ideal client avatar lives, blah, blah, blah. But nobody really goes for the soulmate for who that person is at their core. And that’s why I have a whole module in the Smart Start that just about the soulmate. It’s so important. So I want to just make sure that everything I’m saying here is in regard to your soulmate. Otherwise, it’s not going to work.
Alright, so and then last but not least, you will also need to trust that you will find the right words at the right times. And you will also need to trust that you will find the right words at the right time. So allow yourself to listen to your intuition. And then also be bold and courageous. Because you have nothing to lose in the first place. Right? It’s not your client yet. So there is no contract, there is no money that exchanged bank accounts, you have nothing to lose, there is nothing there yet. So you have all the space, all you need to do is just show up in the conversation. You are there to serve. You’re also there to have fun, and you’re there to show up authentically so that the person you’re talking to can identify themselves as your soulmate client or not. I really, really hope this makes sense.
So here again are the three things you can do to really turn a Sales Conversation into a Fun Conversation and to have much better results when selling first, stay in your heart and speak your truth. Second, hold space and trust that they will have everything inside of them. Third, trust yourself to show up as the best version of yourself. Don’t worry about if you find the words, if you stammer on your words, focus all your attention on just being who you are. And your Soulmate Client will feel it, they will know it. And probably they already have, you know, bought from you before they hop on a call. And basically, you know, it’s just more like a technical aspect for them to find out, should they be moving ahead or not. So emotionally, and with their soul, they probably already have bought, and then on the call, it’s more like about the technical things about moving forward about finding the logical arguments to really invest in themselves with you. And over time, you will notice that this will make an incredible difference in your conversations. And that you will have a much higher level of clarity and also, you provide more clarity to your Soulmate Client.
So I really, really hope this makes sense. And this is fun for you.
