[8:32] What did coaching do for you? Well, one of the major things was that it gave me confidence in asking for the price and for the investment that I feel comfortable with.
[11:20] Group Coaching vs 1:1 Coaching? I think in the group, there’s always some sort of dynamic going on. And we can always, always, always learn something from somebody else, even if that person would be in a completely different arena, right? If that had nothing to do with me, you can always learn something from the challenges that somebody else is facing. And of course, it’s very uplifting. The combination with the one-on-one coaching with you was really good because, in the group, I recall, there were some things that maybe, you know, I wanted to dive deeper on. And so I always had the chance to make myself notes, and then we would just discuss it one on one.
[13:45] But if you are committed to your growth, and you work with somebody, and you have really somebody to reach out to, right, like you are struggling with something or you have some feedback from a client or potential client, and then you don’t know what to do, it’s just like so worth it. Because you’re never alone. It builds your confidence.
[19:32] A combination of what I’m doing, like, you know, helping them breaking free letting go, but all with the combination of the physical work with yoga, the emotional work with coaching, and then also with essential oils.

So that Nina now has processes, she knows what to say, how to say it, why being authentic and coming from her heart. She has her packages in place, she raised her prices, she really is in a place where she feels super confident and comfortable about what she does and how she offers it. Because she has redefined sales for her. And it’s just so beautiful to see. So tune in to the Client Success Interview and have fun. Hey, gorgeous. And welcome to the Client Success Interview series. I am so super pumped to be with the amazing Nina Sadlowsky. Today, she is a coach and inspirer and devoutness advocate. And she helps you to break free or free yourself from the cage of your conditioning. So I’m so super pumped to hear Nina, tell us a little bit. What do you do?
Well, thank you, Christine. It’s good to be here. Well, so like you said nicely. Thank you. Well, I’m a coach, I am working a lot with essential oils. So that’s sort of like the wellness part. And I’m also a yoga teacher. So I do help people with breaking free from their old conditioning from all those old patterns that keep them stuck in a life that they don’t truly want to live.

Yeah, yeah. And I think we’ve all been there. Right. I was there a while ago, I was there too. And so we, you know, I’m a fan of your work. I know how important it is that you know, helping people to step into a life they really desire is so essential to a happy life, and the lifestyle they love. So what actually yeah, I tell people first like, how, how did we meet? Or how did you find me? And what made you decide that working together was a good idea?
Yeah, so I recall that we met at a JT Foxx event. Some like was it like two years ago, I think in Munich. And caught I think we connected actually beforehand. And we said we could potentially go for coffee. And then on that one day, we were like the only two who were actually really free because I think we really took the time because we really wanted to meet up. And so we went to this lovely cafe and had a really lovely day, it was not just the chat, we were walking through Munich exploring some nice stores. But when we sat down, and we were just talking about life, actually, but when I spoke about what I am doing currently and what I’m struggling with, you basically had exactly what I was looking for. Well, it seemed like, you know, good to the universe’s match, basically. And that was the major reason why I decided to work with you because it felt like, yeah, the universe sends you along for something that I wanted to work on.
So yeah, I just love these stories. Because, you know, as you know, when I tell like your soulmate can pretend to be everywhere, if you’re really clear on who your soulmate client is. And then you have a conversation, all of a sudden, you’re talking to the right person that needs what you have to offer. So what were you looking for support was at the time or what was the piece you wanted to improve or you struggled with?
Yeah, so and my major challenge I recall was that I was already a yoga teacher, then I started my coaching, and then I also had my third pillar of business, which was network marketing with the company doTERRA for essential oils. So whilst I knew that everything is sort of like connected, I was struggling to really get connected for others, and to really say, Okay, well, you know, also like, obviously, from a sales point of view, like what can I offer in a very holistic way, not just like one part, but like, how can I integrate it all together? And that was my, my main struggle at the time. So how can I also make it like, you know, easier for myself? Because if it’s always like, Okay, do it, do I go with that or that or that Now it makes things like way more complicated, then, if you have like, one nice overall package that you can obviously then customize to the person in front of you. So that is what we did.
Yeah. And again, remember, like you use, like multi-passionate people, right? They often have a challenge, like, I want to do this, but I also want to do this and this. And like, the classical teaching goes, like, why you pick one thing? And that’s it?
Yeah. And that’s actually so interesting, because you obviously, you know, you work with soulmate clients, as I do, too. And what I’m now realizing is that, basically, everyone is a little clone of me, you know, they are all alike, just like me, they are all multi-interested in different things. And they are struggling maybe to decide, which is also why I had to go with that. And you know, a nice bundle that is, of course, integrated. It’s not like here and there, it all makes sense coming together. But this is also why, why my clients love it on the other hand because you know, I can give them variety, and really see, okay, well, that fits you with your needs. But that may be we put a focus on this for you. And well, that’s just, that’s just cool for me and for them. So, yeah.
So yeah, maybe a little bit of like what we did together?
Sure. Um, so I remember I mean, it’s almost like is it like, almost two years ago, I think that we work together. So. But what we did majority is come up. First of all, we were defining, defining my target group a bit more again. And then we were also connecting the dots majorly, between those three aspects of yoga, coaching, and essential oils. So it was about like, how can I, for example, in a yoga class, talk about the essential oils? How can I, when somebody is interested in essential oils? How can I talk to them about coaching and taking them way deeper into their personal growth journey? You know, if they open to it, and then of course, once we had that, and we were also talking about packages, and a new book, for that I didn’t want to do like single, you know, our coachings. And because what I’m all about is like, the transformation and the process, and the process, as we all know, take some time. And so for me, it was really about how can I compensate people for three months, or six months or even a year? And how can I, you know, have that the right words and the right wording, and the right communication and message to those people and give them what they truly need? So, in a good package, right? Yeah, and of course, I mean, at the end of the day, it’s also a bit about cross-selling, right, what I just said, because why not help somebody who’s interested in essential oils, with coaching, if that person wants to actually, you know, take that journey deeper, and learn more about themselves and break free from their conditioning? What else did we do? We definitely spoke about pricing, right?
So how did that impact you from where you were to where we were able to go together?
Well, one of the major things was that it gave me confidence in asking for the price and for the investment that I feel comfortable with. And but what I felt comfortable with was obviously, you know, the price is definitely increased with the way that I was feeling comfortable with myself. So there’s obviously a lot of mindset work, going into that whole journey. You know, not just what we did together, but what I in addition to our coaching, like working on myself, you know, like talking really like self-love and self-worth and self-confidence and really than being able to find the right words that I feel comfortable with, so that it’s really coming like from like, seriously from pure love. Pure Love and pure sunshine, let’s say you know where the other person just feels connected in? Yeah, in a very personal way. And if that happens, you’re obviously able to, yeah, go deeper into their journey. And since the journey is deeper, and you’re accompanying them for a longer period of time, of course, I’m asking for higher prices as well, right? Because I really want to see their transformation from where they started out and to where they sort of like end up or not really ending up, but where they come out at the end of the journey. Yeah, so that was really helpful. Very, very good, right. And also in terms of structure. Like, you know, maybe for some people, that’s like a simple thing. But I think if you are really working in a service environment, and you are especially talking with people, you need to have some sort of structure in an introductory call, for example, a strategy call or whatever you want to call it, where, you know, what are the things that I actually want to know or need to know in order to decide whether I want to work with that person, but also to understand whether that person Yeah, really wants to work with me and is ready to grow and to work with me? Right? Because it always goes both sides both ways.
Yeah. And you also so we work together with one on one, and you also were part of the Heart Sells! SmartStart, which I’m renaming at the moment.
The three months program.
Yeah. Can you say a little bit about some, like being in the group? And what were the benefits to you and your business?
And so what I really loved was the combination of the two. Because so obviously, like, I think in the group, there’s always some sort of dynamic going on. And we can always, always, always learn something from somebody else, even if that person would be in a completely different arena, right? If that had nothing to do with me, you can always learn something from the challenges that somebody else is facing. And of course, it’s very uplifting. I love working in small teams. You know, for example, network marketing is all about community and teams. And I find that very empowering. It’s very empowering to have people like on eye level, and who are, let’s say, destined to grow and uplevel their life. And I mean, actually, in fact, I was also then working with somebody from the group at like, like way later stage, right, but so there were like good connections made as well. So, yeah, what I learned, I mean, we did lots of like, detailed work, really, about like the, what’s that called? Like? The, like some sort of guideline for your introductory calls? Then about Yes. How to package ideally, how to combine the dots? And also, yeah, how do you ask, like, for that investment for that price? And how do you make that? Let’s say, yeah, the transfer, right? Because it’s not like you’re saying one thing, one second, and then boom, okay, let’s talk about money. It’s, as a gradual process, right? Yeah. And so but then obviously, the combination with the one-on-one coaching with you, was really good, because, in the group, I recall, there were some things that maybe, you know, I wanted to dive deeper on. And so I always had the chance to make myself notes, and then we would just discuss it one on one.
Yeah, it was good. So I mean, that’s kind of a theoretical question. But what do you think would have happened if we would have not worked together?
So Haha, I mean, since I’m a coach as well, I always say, that is definitely what I would say if I wouldn’t have worked with you. I would have still developed, but way slower. So for my coaching, no matter what kind of coaching is always some sort of fast track, always, well, unless you’re sort of like the coachee, that doesn’t do anything. But if you are committed to your growth, and you work with somebody, and you have really somebody to reach out to, right, like you are struggling with something or you have some feedback from a client or potential client, and then you don’t know what to do, it’s just like so worth it. Because you’re never alone. And so, I think that would have happened. I would have gotten there eventually. But it just speeds things up. And it’s in the process. It builds your confidence. It definitely does.
Yeah, yeah. Well, I’m a big believer in coaching.
Yeah, exactly. I mean, yeah, I think it makes sense if you are a coach yourself. I mean, I’ve worked with many coaches before, right? And I always say that as well, like it’s worth having a coach, there is a reason why there are coaches on the market.
Yeah, no. Maybe another good question, because I know that people are struggling and some people have picked a coach, and that didn’t work out. What kind of advice would you give people what to look for, before they hire a coach, so they can be sure that they are a soulmate client of someone, and someone will really take great care of them.
Yeah, so obviously, always make use of a free introductory call, if a coach offers something like that, and you are thinking about getting help. And, you know, take advantage of that, you know, I do my introductory course, of course, to get to know the other person, but it’s never obligatory to work together. So I always see that as a job interview, right? Like, I look at the person, I decide as well if I feel comfortable with that person. But I also wanna want the other person to feel if the vibes if the energy is good. And so I would definitely look out for that, what I personally find helpful as well is, but that may be, that may be applied more to something like what I’m doing, you know, on a personal level, I always find it very helpful if there are overlaps of the stories of the transformation of stories of people. Because I always find that the level of empathy, you know, and the love that you can feel for somebody who’s basically having a hard time with the same or similar things that I have been struggling with, it’s so much easier to connect on a deeper level and to open up. So that is actually really important. You need to be able to be open, like, like really open, you shouldn’t be holding back like anything your thinking or feeling. It should be really like a coach is really somebody you, it’s basically the person that you would share everything with, but you wouldn’t share with other people where you don’t feel comfortable sharing it with other people. Because a coach always has the best interest in mind.
Yeah, yeah. 100% agree. Yeah. Yeah. So that basically kind of leads to, to the question, would you say that our relationship was like this, what you just described?
Yeah, I mean, you know, that I really like that moment when we set in that cafe. And remember, we were sitting in that really lovely cafe and one of them, you know, most luxurious streets in Munich. And I remember, you know, what, let’s just go for coffee, but I think we were together for was it like five or six hours in the cafe for quite a long period of time. And then we were still walking around? Because it just felt like, you know, yeah, to friends, like walking around and talking, but also like, supporting each other. And I think that’s, that’s really beautiful. Yeah. And then obviously, also, because of what you were, you had already experienced, right with your career. I knew that I mean, I worked in marketing, which is a different thing, but sales. I did not know so much about it. So having somebody like you where that is the expertise? Yeah, sure. That was cool.
Yeah. And you know, I do talk about the soulmate client, that you can basically meet them anywhere or everywhere if you’re really clear on who it is. And, you know, once you put that out there, people kind of gravitate to you. And it’s just beautiful to see when you know, it does not just happen to you, but that happens to your clients. Right, that they have the same experience because they shifted into this clarity into confidence. They have their offers all laid out, they have their pricing, and they are just good to go. And you know, help others was that transformation. I think it’s so so rewarding. What are you working on now? Like what’s up next for you?
Okay so I’m taking my yoga classes, obviously have been taking them online for a while now. But that’s something where I am offering more classes, etc. Then I will definitely do even more on the retreating side. In beautiful destinations. I mean, you know that my heart sits in an Ibiza island as well. And so that’s definitely something where I want to do, you know, have a beautiful Villa and do a really beautiful retreat, or all those beautiful people come together. And where we really have Yeah, or combination of what I’m doing, like, you know, helping them break free letting go, but all with the combination of the physical work with yoga, the emotional work with coaching, and then also with essential oils. So that’s something. And then yes, of course, I mean, with coaching, that is like an ongoing process, because I’m sure that’s the same with you or everyone who’s coaching with every single coaching session that I am holding, with every new person that I am coaching like I am growing and developing as well. And it makes things even for me clearer and clearer. And, like, I’m attracting, like, day by day, even more people that are just like, right, for me, right? They’re just suddenly there. I don’t even have to, I don’t even have to do something. It’s like the energy that connects. And so that is something that I am working on, you know, to, to keep that up. And that is the majority of work on me. And yeah, and then for the essential oils, I’m definitely working on growing my team as well. And, again, they are attracting the right people into my team so that they can potentially have like a second or maybe their major income stream, right. I think more important than ever, right now.

Yeah, yeah. And you know, I mean, I think we both agree that something you have learned, you can’t really unlearn right now you know that you grow into that confidence more and more and it’s just even though we stopped working together because you got what you need, it’s now beautiful to see how that still grows and develops and more and more powerful each day. So I’m grateful I had that opportunity to work with you. Yes.
