Hey, Gorgeous! This is episode number 218. You are listening to Heart Sells Podcast. I’m your host, Christine Schlonski. And it is another variety Friday. We are already in April. This is unbelievable. Time just flies by. Easter just flew by, again another Easter, another year. So the question today is, what difference can you make? Especially in these times that are uncertain for so many people. That are kind of troubled times. And hopefully you are safe. Hopefully, you are still safe and sane. And you can concentrate on things that are important to you.

Last episode, in Episode 215, I actually interviewed one of my amazing clients, Caroline Minelli. She is a marriage savior. We talked about how In those times, there’s so much more pressure on relationships. I also read and an article that violence and families has really gone up right now. I totally get it because we cannot compensate with anything else like going to the gym or going to the movies, going out with friends. All of a sudden, we need to develop new habits. It might be kind of challenging to be with your spouse 24/7, and maybe you have kids that you need to take care of. That you need to support. That you need to teach and help them advance with all their school material. I really get it. It’s challenging and at the same time having a business is challenging as well. But I do think that hurt people hurt people and happy people make people happy.

When you have a look at sales and holistic way you will understand that every area of your life is going to impact your business. Is going to impact how you show up. Is going to impact how much money you will make. It’s like a circle. If you feel like you are in a place in your relationship, in your marriage, where might be really good to get some support, I just invite you to speak to Caroline. She speaks German, English and Spanish. I mean, you get a lot of good chances that she’s going to speak your language, especially if you’re listening, and this is an English. Just don’t wait until something escalates. Because in these times, we really want to focus on the positive, on what’s possible right now.

What can you choose today to move forward? Who can you be today to make that impact? When you focus on positivity, and you focus on what’s possible, you focus on the opportunities that you do have, magic will happen. I know it’s difficult because from everywhere around us in the media, we hear how bad things are. I would just invite you to focus on the good side of things. It’s one of those questions, is your glass half empty or half full. I’m not saying that we cannot acknowledge all the cases, all those people that did not survive the virus.

I appreciate all the work that’s done by so many people in the hospital, in the medical field, but we also have to be cautious of what kind of information do we allow into our world and what is better to tune out because otherwise we just going to be in a place of panic and a place of fear. We are kind of closing down in our abilities, to see possibilities, to see opportunities, to feel positive about the future that is yet to come. Make sure that you are in a good state no matter what. You can do that by meditating. You can do that by talking to positive friends. Just try not to discuss the news or more of all the challenges. Try to focus on something that you can do right now, for you and for your tribe.

How can you step up as a leader? What can you create in your business that supports other people now? The good thing actually is, that so many people have more time right now. So many people can really think about what they desire, who they want to become, how they want to show up in the world because, well, to be honest, we don’t have a lot that we can be distracted with. We, if we don’t watch TV or Netflix all day long, it’s probably we’re at home. There’s not time to travel. We’re not going to commute to work, most likely. We have at least an hour a day more, where we could be focusing on what we truly desire, on what we want to create in this world, how we want to impact the world right now.

And also for a lot of us, not for all of us because some have lost their job and I really hope you’re not one of them. But for a lot of us, it’s really that we do have more cash available. Because we do not buy gas. We do not buy a lunch-out or we go to dinner with friends. We don’t go to the movie, we don’t travel. So there’s more cash available. And I for myself, I’m on the lookout for programs. Like, what can I do right now to really help myself grow so that I can show up as a stronger leader, that I can claim that leadership. I just wanted to inspire you to make sure you are in a good state. Have a look at where are you with your health. Are you kind of at least trying to work out a little bit or if you can go for a walk, if you can go into nature. I know that might be a challenge right now, but find a way where you actually can move your body. Find a way where you go within. Maybe you want to meditate or take a nap, something that relaxes you.

You also want to have a look at, where are you in your relationships? How do you connect? Are you connecting to people? Maybe you can have additional Zoom calls. Maybe you can have like a pizza party with your friends, just virtual, but do something that is good for your social world, for your well being. It’s really, really important right now because we are so restricted and so many things that you make sure you are in a good state. If you are struggling in your relationship, you need to find a way because it will also influence everything else. Might be influencing your health, it might be influencing your wealth, your business. Have a look at what can you do right now, today, to get a step further. You don’t need to take like giant steps but baby steps, each day, over a longer period of time will get you to a much better place.

So have a look at what you can do right now. Because the stronger you can show up in your business, the stronger you can lead, the more opportunities will actually come your way.
