I’m so excited you are here tuning in for another variety Friday, where I share some of my knowledge, where I share amazing resources or where I answer your question. Today, we want to talk about bliss. How that when you start following your bliss, you will end up selling more and having a much more successful business. What do I mean by that? What makes life extraordinary is when all the different areas in your life work out beautifully. When you are happy and healthy. When you have wonderful relationships. You really go for what your heart desires that makes life so special. The big part comes down to contribution. Tony Robbins talks about that a lot that at the end of the day, we are only happier when we contribute. So with the amazing gifts that you have, they need to go out into the world because you will serve so many more people when you sell more. I want to talk to you about that list today, and how you can combine it with a sales success story or how you can create your own sales success story.

I’ve seen over and over again that people are very resistant to Mondays. Usually, it is because they are either working in a job or they have created a job for themselves by becoming an entrepreneur, by doing something that they are not fully aligned with. That they are not super happy with. They’re not excited basically. So what you can do to really tune into that excitement and to follow your blesses that you get super, super clear. First of all, lots of people know what they don’t want, which is already a pretty good start. But to figure out what you truly want, or desire in life is pretty tough. Because probably you don’t have the clarity right now. For me, that was a pretty long way to go, to understand. What do I desire? What makes me happy? Like truly happy. What are my own desires? And what are things I am trying to achieve that are other people’s desires?

So it’s really, really important to get clear and I’m going to cover this you today, the seven points you can or the seven steps you can take to get to a life full of bliss, which then ultimately means you will definitely sell more. So getting clear, figuring out the details of your dream life is really, really important because what you then do in the next step is that you create your life around your dream life. So you kind of adjust your business and your actions to where you want to go. I think that’s essential, that you don’t just start by working long hours and by giving it your all not having a strategy on how you can have your four hour work week, if that’s what you want or how you can work from a beach, or how you can travel the world why you work on your laptop.

It’s really important that you do not build your life around your circumstances that you are in right now. So that’s the second point because your circumstances will change over time, once you get that clarity and you know what are the next best steps to take, right? You want to have the big picture but you don’t want to get hung up in that big picture. So, get clear, figure out the details of your dream life. And then the next step is don’t get hung up on your circumstances because they will change over time. And you need to create the rest of your life around your desires.

Then the third step is to develop a daily practice of something that makes you happy and puts a smile on your face. I use for example journaling. But you can also have mastermind groups. My cats and dogs give me a lot of joy. When I’m in nature that gives me flow. I love traveling. Just sitting outside in the sun is something I totally enjoy or listening to the ocean. To find out what puts a smile on your face. And if you’re having a hard time right now, come back to what Tony Robbins talks about contributing. And contributing can be something super, super simple. You can just reach out to a person that you appreciate, and let them know that you appreciate them and that you have thought of them. So when you put a smile on their face, it probably puts a smile on your face as well. So by giving first, that’s a really, really good point to start and a really, really good point to have in your daily routine. Think of somebody that you appreciate and reach out to one person a day to just tell them that you appreciate them, that you love them, that you enjoy spending time with them, whatever it is, that is true for you, and reach out to that person.

So the next step is, well, if you’re still in a job, just don’t resign right away, right? Make a plan first, and start working that plan so that you know, your gifts are appreciated in the marketplace, and people will give you money for it. Because no money, no business, and you are probably going to end up in financial challenges, which is not a good place to be because that’s an energy that kind of drags us down. And in that energy usually, people do not buy. But when you are in your bliss, when you radiate confidence and being happy and being full of bliss, people will be attracted to you its opposite energy. It’s much, much better energy.

I’m happy to recommend an amazing book that you can give it a read, and it is a book, The Go-Giver, written by Bob Burg and John David Mann. What they say in the book is, “Money is an echo of value.” Bringing value first, showing up for others first will create that environment that when you help them make their dreams come true, they help you to make your dreams come true. Right? So it goes hand in hand. And again, it’s going back to contribution. So if you don’t know where to start, start giving and just be open to receive and don’t make you’re giving a condition. Don’t give because you expect something back. Just give because you generally want to help. You want to support a person. When you approach it from that side, you will end up automatically in a much better place. Because your energy shifts, your mindset shifts, and people will appreciate you and because they appreciate you, they want to do something amazing for you as well. So just being open that up for that.

And number six drops into your heart, listen to your heart and be guided by your heart, because you already have all the answers inside. So what often happens in the face when we get clear, and I’m not quite sure if that ever ends, because the more we grow, the more our desires probably grow or our goals grow as well. So but dropping into your heart, and being guided by your heart gives you the ultimate edge because people again can feel it. People feel your bliss and this will end for you in making more sales because people want to be around happy people. People want to be around successful people. People want to be around people that have this amazing energy that they are radiating out. So if you want to be your own boss, or if you want to change where you are in your life right now, because you have created another job for you, instead of a business, really think about it, what makes you happy.

If you have several ideas because you want to grow your business or you want to be in business and you want to make money first, I highly suggest that you go with what makes you passionate, most. Don’t go for a business idea just because of the money. That’s not really working out. Because you won’t be as excited and sometimes you need a longer time to get a business up and running. So don’t rush it either. Be passionate about what you do and allow yourself to follow that bliss. Because one thing I noticed is that as soon as I started to get clear about my dream life, about my dream business and my dream clients who I call soulmate-clients. I felt this shift within me, I could really feel this feeling of being empowered through the clarity. And that feeling comes from deep inside.

Christine Schlonski [10:24]
So start listening to your heart, take baby steps if you have to. Don’t rush it, building a dream life and the dream business just takes a little bit time, because we’re not conditioned to ask the right questions, but really go within and ask. Is this my dream? Or is this a dream of someone else? Am I going to be for example a lawyer because that’s what my dad dreamed of and never achieved it so I’m going to fulfill that wish, that dream? Or is it because I really, truly want to be a lawyer? Do I have to be an entrepreneur? Or is something holding me back from being an entrepreneur? Because my parents have never been entrepreneurs, and they think I should have a safe and steady job that pays me an income each and every month. So make sure you understand where you are on your journey, and really go for that bliss.

So I would love for you to give you a task by writing down just 100 things that make you happy. And I can tell you when I did that exercise at first, I couldn’t even think of 10 things. I totally freaked out. And I was like, What’s wrong with me? There’s nothing wrong with you. It’s just that your focus wasn’t in that area to find out about you. Your focus was probably somewhere else. So go back, focus on what makes you happy. And these can be simple things like sitting on the beach, listening to the ocean, eating ice cream, enjoying the sunshine, going for a walk in nature, traveling, chatting to a friend, whatever it is come up with your things. Because the more bless you allow in your life, the more you focus on that bliss, the more you will get it. And the more you get it, the more successful you will be because you radiate that energy. And people naturally want to be around you. They naturally want to connect. And when you have beautiful gifts and services that you offer to the world, people naturally want to buy because they want to be where you already are.
