    Love this podcast! The lifeblood of any business is sales and Christine does an amazing job of making sales something you'll fall in love with instead of dread.   • Really focus on the impact on the lives, you want to help change because there’s nothing more rewarding in this world, then helping others to transform. And it’s especially beautiful when you get to observe this transformation when you get to see how the lives of the people you touch are improving how they start thriving.
  • If you are in the place where you are still a little bit afraid of sales, where it’s still a serious conversation and not a fun conversation. And your mindset hasn’t really transformed. You just want to make it easier for yourself and also energetically, it is so much better to have a view on impact instead of on the number on the money number.

[01:32] I would love for you to know that you are special. And I really truly mean that. There’s nobody else on this planet like you. Even if you have a twin, there’s nobody like you, we all experience the world differently. We all see the world differently.

[02:32] Everything you bring to the world, you see that was your own personal lens. You put your own judgments, you put your own conclusions, you put your own emotions.

[03:22] If you’re thinking, you need to be the one that has a Rolex around your arm, and you need to be the one that needs to show in their marketing, that you are sitting in the most expensive car. If that’s not you, just leave it. It’s not authentic.

[04:03] One piece which probably most heart centered impact driven entrepreneurs struggle with and that is just sales, because selling from the heart is something they have not been taught.

[05:24] If you grow, your goals grow with you, your dreams grow with you. So you want to make sure that it’s always in alignment to who you are, and it is your truth.

[05:54] If you are in the place where you are still a little bit afraid of sales, where it’s still a serious conversation and not a fun conversation. And your mindset hasn’t really transformed. You just want to make it easier for yourself and also energetically, it is so much better to have a view on impact instead on the number on the money number.

[07:00] When it comes to goals, I want to make the impact. I want to be remembered not at the person that charged a high ticket, or that offered a certain course. I want to be remembered as a person who helped the person that’s remembering that they really achieve their goal, and they made their dream come true.

[10:15] Whatever it is that you offer, like on the big scheme of things, how many people do you want to positively influence with what you have to give, and then write down this number.

[12:20] For me, there’s nothing more wonderful to see when somebody works with me. And all of a sudden, they have or they create a coaching package, or a product package that all of a sudden works, that they can communicate with ease and grace and confidence that people pay them, whatever they have created. It’s so beautiful to see, especially for some people when you know, they’ve tried so much before and nothing really worked. And they already spent so much money. And then all of a sudden, they get to talk to four or five people. And three of those people say yes, because you have helped them to create the right package.

[14:35] People who believe in what you do, who see that you are authentic, that you come from that place of love, that you deeply care, that you really want to help them with their success. People will reach out, people will make sure that they get that connection, that they want your energy, that they know you are good for them.

Hey, Gorgeous. This is episode number 137. You are listening to Heart Sells! Podcast. I’m your host, Christine Schlonski. It is, again variety Friday. So this is a day where I share resources, where I share my knowledge out of over a decade in high ticket event sales over the phone with over 80,000 cold calls under my belt, and having negotiated tons and tons of contracts, having made millions in revenue for the company I used to work for. Now obviously, working quite successfully for my self. Traveling the world, supporting people all over the globe, with their sales success mindset. This is also the month of October that I have dedicated to the sales success mindset for the variety Friday. So everything we are going to share this month is going to be around the sales success mindset. It’s interesting if you have listened to Melanie Benson, and her episodes on Monday and Wednesday, Episode Number 135, and 136, you probably heard us talking about goals and big goals, goals that are bold. I just wanted to come back to that mindset piece to help you with your goals in regards to selling your services and products.

So first of all, I would love for you to know that you are special. And I really truly mean that. There’s nobody else on this planet like you. Even if you have a twin, there’s nobody like you, we all experience the world differently. We all see the world differently. Even if you go to the movies with your best friend. And you talk about the movies, you have to experience the movie in a different way. There might have been a scene where you were totally afraid, and your friend just started laughing or vice versa. We see things differently, we taste things differently, we see colors differently. It’s just you know, the world is not the same for each and every one of us. So you are special already in this regard that you have made different experiences. So everything you bring to the world, you see that was your own personal lens. You put your own judgments, you put your own conclusions, you put your own emotions. And that also means that the gifts you have to share with the world are super, super special.

There is no other Christine Schlonski, who can talk about selling from the heart as I do. Because the experiences I have made over the years are so unique to myself in the sequence I made them, the learnings I had, how I see the world, what I prefer, what I dislike, it’s just very unique. If you’re thinking, you need to be the one that has a Rolex around your arm, and you need to be the one that needs to show in their marketing, that you are sitting in the most expensive car. If that’s not you, just leave it. It’s not authentic. For me, for example, I do love luxury things. I also love simple things. The combination of luxury, and simplicity for me is my truth. The question is, what’s your truth? The more you speak your truth, the more authentic you are. And there’s one piece which probably most heart-centered impact-driven entrepreneurs struggle with and that is just sales because selling from the heart is something they have not been taught. We talked in Episode Number 134, about the sales success mindset, and how you can have a look into the past to figure out where you learn that sales were a bad thing. But today, we are going to dive into some magic. By magic, I mean in this episode, we’re going to combine some sales goals, some bold goals with what you do. Most of the time, we get taught in business that we need to have money goals. We totally get that. When you’re starting out, you probably have the goal that you want to make six figures in a year. Ten when you are there, you probably gonna up your goal, right? If you grow, your goals grow with you, your dreams grow with you. So you want to make sure that it’s always in alignment with who you are, and it is your truth. What do I mean by this? How about, if you have that sales goal, let’s say you want to make the 100, or the 150,000 a year or 200 or whatever your number is, I would love for you to just turn this around. Because if you are in the place where you are still a little bit afraid of sales, where it’s still a serious conversation and not a fun conversation. And your mindset hasn’t really transformed. You just want to make it easier for yourself and also energetically, it is so much better to have a view on impact instead of on the number, on the money number.

I want to invite you today to think about how many lives can you impact. Who do you want to touch with your amazing products and services instead of looking at it from the point? How much money do you want to make? Don’t get me wrong, you do need the money. We all need money and I love money. I love to treat myself in a very good way, I love to make my dreams come true. I love to take money from clients because it’s that energy exchange. But also, when it comes to goals, I want to make the impact. I want to be remembered not at the person that charged a high ticket, or that offered a certain course. I want to be remembered as a person who helped the person that’s remembering that they really achieve their goal, and they made their dream come true. If you think about the products and services that you are offering, what do you have? How many levels can you serve? What can you give for free? What do you have that you charge for? What do you have to level up with? For example, over a year ago, I wrote one blog post each and every day. I sat down in the morning, and I wrote about like 800 words, sometimes 1000, 500, just to give. That was free content. And the free content helped me to help my tribe to understand who I was so that I could show myself as the authentic leader.

People could understand what I was thinking about what I was struggling with what I’ve learned. And I just put out that content. So now, that was free content. And that means I didn’t get paid for it. On the other hand, I know I impacted many lives. I had beautiful emails, people telling me that my blogs were now included in their morning routine where they read inspirational books or my blogs, which really was beautiful to see. And it really helped me. And it’s the same with a podcast, for example, it’s a free podcast. So the question for you, to help you with your focus because what we focus on expands, going away from that money goal that might be attached to a negative emotion because it’s about charging. It’s about asking for money. Often as a heart-centered, impact-driven entrepreneur, we have some challenges around this. So why don’t you just shift it to an impact goal? Keep the money in mind because it needs to add all up. But how many people would you love to influence within this month? Since this is already the second variety, Friday in October, they’re only like three weeks left. Why don’t you just have clear numbers. How many people would you love to influence within the next four weeks? Then put your number. How many people do you want to consume your content, read your blogs, read your website, if you have a podcast, listen to your podcast, or watch your Facebook Lives, or join your Facebook group?

Whatever it is that you offer, like on the big scheme of things, how many people do you want to positively influence what you have to give, and then write down this number. So that’s point one. Then point two, which then we can connect to the money goal that we might have. Well, not might, that you hopefully do have so that you know what you desire to make within a month or within a week that you can really break it down and get clear on how many lives do you need to impact, to make that happen. And then focus on the impact. For example, if you have a one on one coaching, you know your price point, right? So to get the money in that you really desire, how many one on one coaching do you need to sell? If you have a group coaching program, how many places do you need to sell? If you have a course, how many places do you need to sell? Or what kind of combination, if you have all of it do you need to sell to make your money go? Then focus on the people. Set the intention that you get to influence let’s say 10 people, for your next group coaching or your one on one coaching, 10 people are going to say yes to your high ticket offer or five or two like whatever, whatever the number is for you. You get the idea. Really focus on the impact on the lives, you want to help change because there’s nothing more rewarding in this world, then helping others to transform. And it’s especially beautiful when you get to observe this transformation when you get to see how the lives of the people you touch are improving, how they start thriving.

For me, there’s nothing more wonderful to see when somebody works with me. And all of a sudden, they have or they create a coaching package, or a product package that all of a sudden works, that they can communicate with ease and grace and confidence that people pay them, whatever they have created. It’s so beautiful to see, especially for some people when you know, they’ve tried so much before and nothing really worked. And they already spent so much money. And then all of a sudden, they get to talk to four or five people. And three of those people say yes because you have helped them to create the right package. You have helped them to communicate what they are doing in such a beautiful way, that it’s not a sales conversation anymore. It’s a fun conversation. So what can you do to really see your numbers, to get clear about your impact numbers? Because money will follow success. So and if success is for you to serve people, which I sure believe it is. That’s why you’re here. How many people do you want to serve? Then just get clear about that. Connect to these numbers each and every day. Ask yourself. How many people did I serve today? Sometimes, when you have your likes on your blog post or the downloads on the podcast or the views on your Facebook Live or YouTube channel or whatever it is you’re putting out there, you get an idea. So add it all up. How many people did you serve in one day? Was it 10? Was it a 100? Was it maybe even 1000 or more?

I mean, there are people out there who serve over a million people each and every single month. And it’s all about the service and the money will follow. Because people who believe in what you do, who see that you are authentic, that you come from that place of love, that you deeply care, that you really want to help them with their success. People will reach out, people will make sure that they get that connection, that they want your energy, that they know you are good for them. What can you do to get to those impact numbers, and then structure it in a way where not money is the leading piece. Obviously, we love money, and we want money. Because money helps us to make our dreams come true. Whatever that looks like. It’s not all about me, me, me. But you know, having a filled bank account definitely helps and makes life so much easier because you have so many more choices. So what is it that you desire? What is it that you can do to make sure that your cup is full, and that you can serve? When you make it about impact. When you make it from a place of love, from a place of caring for others, people really want to give you their money.

Set a bold goal, and then commit to the goal and really check in each and every day. In your morning routine, for example, after you may be meditated or did yoga, or you read something that was inspirational. Ask yourself, what can I do today to realize my impact goal? What can I do today to impact X amount of people? What can I do today, to make the world a better place for those people who need my services? And I want you to connect each and every day to those numbers where you put your energy in, magic will happen. You will get maybe more downloads on your podcast, more views on your Facebook, people will feel you and people will reach out to you. So I would love to hear from you.
