3 Key Points
- Make a choice of what it is that you do want to think so that when you’re going into your visualizations, you can see yourself already operating from these new thought paradigms. You can see how it’s changing the outcomes of the results that you’re getting.
- When we have these new positive thoughts, these new product positive thoughts automatically affect our actions.
- When our thoughts, actions, and emotions are all in alignment with this future, you cannot not attract the business that you want, or attract everything you need to create their business. And everything that you thought was difficult or you procrastinated on, or that you didn’t want to do before, now becomes easier.
[06:29]: When it comes to asking for money, or doing sales, we, we get our subconscious mind is going well, you don’t like to do this, because you believe it’s wrong to ask for money, you actually don’t deserve it, you know, you’re not worthy of it.
[08:43]: So what happens is that, you know, when you keep seeing yourself in this future, and you see all the people that you’re helping, and how amazing you feel, and, and you know, there is nothing like getting an email or talking to someone who is crying, because their life is completely changed because of the message or the information that you were able to give to them.
[10:27]: You’re not focusing in the moment, you’re not focusing on yourself, you’re actually focusing on, on who you’re serving and how you can really share your gifts, which is, you know, really what we’re all here for, right?
[10:49]: If I wouldn’t want to have dinner with them, or if I wouldn’t want to invite them to my home, they’re not my soul mate client. So I wouldn’t want to work with them, because I get much better results with them if they are my soulmate client.
[12:14]: Even when someone says no, it doesn’t mean no, forever, it just means no for now.
[13:19]: rather than just playing small, go big, because then you know, you are creating this beautiful life. And once you understand that you can manifest anything that you want, you know, you start to have fun with it.
[14:18]: The thing is, I don’t focus on like the 10 people that said no, or that didn’t get back to me, I’m only focusing on the people that, that said yes, that are interested.
[14:44]: You can’t focus on the people that say no, because it’s not the right timing for you or for them. You know, the last thing you want to do is, is convince someone against their will to work with you, and then all you’re going to do is struggle with that person. And they’ll probably be more more, you know, work than you expected.
[15:53]: Life is just so much better, and you feel so much more amazing and your energy is clean and your vibration is high when you’re only focusing on the people that, you know, they’re just saying yes
[16:04]: There’s a million reasons why people said no, and most of them have got nothing to do with you.
[21:17]: If one person can do it, well, you can do it as well.

Yes, I loved our first interview and you know, time just flew by. And I loved your mantra with, you know, stretching time and making it happen. So that’s what I feel I have to do right now for the second episode, so we get even more into it. You we’re going to talk a little bit more about the the frequencies and the vibration that helps us to, to manifest, to call in the things we desire in our life. Can we go a little bit deeper on that. And also, maybe in regards to like sales, because lots of people are a little bit afraid of making that offer, of asking for the money, of not just serving but also asking for something in return, maybe we can put these two amazing things together and give some amazing advice.

Right. So let’s start by why people feel uncomfortable when it comes to sales. And in my experience, a lot of the time it is connected to a deeper program, or a deeper limiting belief that we adopted when we were young. So we we know that through science or through epigenetics, which is one of the new sciences now, that between the ages of two and six, or two and seven, our brains are operating on a completely different frequency. So we’re predominantly in what we call theta brainwave activity. Now in theta, it’s like we, we’re receptors and sponges, okay, so we’re just observing everything that’s going on, and this is part of our human development. And we’re observing, looking, making a a, an assumption, or whatever, and then it, we’re storing it as a program in our subconscious mind. So we get to learn everything about who we are, our self image, our self worth, you know, love, money, business, everything. We, already had these programs, you know, put in when we’re at that young age. So then as we move through life, we are looking through glasses that are tinted with these programs. Okay? So a lot of the time when I ask people about, you know, when you think about money, like what was your environment growing up with money? You know, what are some of the things that you heard your parents say, you know? Money doesn’t grow on trees? And what do you think I’m made a money and, you know, so all, and when my case, I’m one of eight kids, I grew up in a very large family in a country town in Australia. So you know, money was always tight, you know, and you had to work hard for it. So this, even though it wasn’t something that was specifically said, it was my observation of what was going on. Okay, so if you think back now, you know, whether your parents had a business, you know, whether they risked something or they failed, whether, you know, they had problems with money, or there was a certain view about money that they had, you know, this is what influenced how you think about that as well. Where you are consciously aware of that or not. That’s what’s happened. So when it comes to asking for money, or doing sales, we, we get our subconscious mind is going well, you don’t like to do this, because you believe it’s wrong to ask for money, you actually don’t deserve it, you know, you’re not worthy of it. You know, you, you shouldn’t be doing this because you’re going to fail anyway, and then you can let all these people down. So all these, these negative thoughts, this chatter comes up in our mind. And for some of us, it depends on how old we are. We’ve been thinking these things for like 30 – 40 years. And a lot of the time because these thoughts are so normal to us, we’ve been thinking them for so long, we don’t realize how they’re really sabotaging our success, or sabotaging our way of moving forward. So, and what happens is that when, when they’re traveling from the subconscious mind to the conscious mind, they’re traveling alone what we call a neural pathway. Okay, so what our job is, is to number one, identify what these thoughts are, get them out, like we said before, on the previous interview, write them down and get them out on paper. Because when you can acknowledge them, because sometimes, our limiting beliefs and our thoughts will be cleverly disguised as common sense. You’ll go, well they make sense, this is keeping me safe, yes, but it’s also keeping you poor. And it’s also keeping you from sharing your gifts with the world. And so once you have them at written out on paper, you can then, as we were saying before, make a choice of what it is that you do want to think, so that when you’re going into your visualizations, you can see yourself already operating from these new thought paradigms. You can see how it’s changing the outcomes of the results that you’re getting. And the more that you do this, the way that these previous thoughts got there on these really strong neural pathways was through repetition. So when we can repetitively do this, what happens is we start to create new neural pathways, with thoughts that are in alignment with this future that we want to create. Okay, so what happens is, when we have these new positive thoughts, these new product positive thoughts automatically affect our actions. Okay. So what happens is that, you know, when you keep seeing yourself in this future, and you see all the people that you’re helping, and how amazing you feel, and, and you know, there is nothing like getting an email or talking to someone who is crying, because their life is completely changed because of the message or the information that you were able to give to them. There is nothing better than that feeling.

So when you focus on that, the phone calls become easier. Because they’re not about the I’m asking for money, they come about, they’re all about I’m, I’m wanting to serve, and I need to get my gifts out there. And the more that you can do that and tap into that emotion, the easier it becomes. So when you’re so what we also know is that our emotions, when we’re talking about the vibration that we’re sending out, that vibration is our emotions. So emotions are the frequency that we’re sending out into the quantum field around into the universe. So the more that we can sit in the emotion of helping people, of, you know, making a change for our families, of being this, you know, amazing messenger and sharing our gifts with the world. What happens is that whatever we need, that’s a vibrational match to the frequency that we’re sending out, which is that emotion then comes back to us. Okay, so when our thoughts, actions, and emotions are all in alignment with this future, you cannot not attract the business that you want, or attract everything you need to create their business. And everything that you thought was difficult or you procrastinated on, or that you didn’t want to do before, now becomes easier. Because you’re not focusing in the moment, you’re not focusing on yourself, you’re actually focusing on, on who you’re serving and how you can really share your gifts, which is, you know, really what we’re all here for, right?
Christine Schlonski [10:37]
Yeah, yeah. Oh, I so totally agree. I always talk about the soul mate client, like somebody that’s so aligned, it’s more like an idea client, especially for one on one work. If I wouldn’t want to have dinner with them, or if I wouldn’t want to invite them to my home, they’re not my soul mate client. So I wouldn’t want to work with them, because I get much better results with them if they are my soulmate client. I totally resonated what you just said, because when I started my sales journey, I never intended to be in sales, I never saw myself cold calling, and yet there i was with my new job, cold calling people, not knowing what I was doing. And I really had to shift my mindset to be able to to serve. And then when I got my coaching training, I put that together, and I was like, oh, I can create so much more. And then also the secret came out at that time. And I started like writing down, like, I only attract the right clients, I only have wonderful conversations. And I saw myself having them. And I saw really liking picking up the phone. And, so things became so much easier. And I can so see that, like putting your self into the situation, like it already would be, and then acting from that space, because then you don’t, you’re not afraid to pick up the phone because you’re expecting a wonderful call.
Natalie Ledwell [12:12]
Yeah. And you know, and even when someone says no, it doesn’t mean no, forever, it just means no for now. And there’s a million reasons why it’s a no for now, you know, they could be in a place in their life where they’ve got a lot of stuff on and they’re just not ready for it. You know, we have over a million people on our email list. We don’t have over a million customers, but we have over a million people in an email list. You know, and then every once in a while, like, you know, it’ll be just the right moment where they, they’re looking for something they need some help, our email comes into their inbox for like, this is exactly what I’m looking for. You know, so it’s the thing is always looking at the relationship. And, and you’re right, you want to make sure that, that, what the people like, don’t just visualize, you know, I’ve got like, 10 new customers a week. No, see, that’s just going, that’s just looking at it from a lower vibration, that’s just going okay, I just, I need enough to get by, you know? You’re going to blast by getting by, by going I have 10 amazing clients that pay this amount of money, that are people that I love to work with. That’s what you want to be focusing on, rather than just playing small, go big, because then you know, you are creating this beautiful life. And once you understand that you can manifest anything that you want, you know, you start to have fun with it. You know, don’t just go for the, for the I just want enough to pay my bills, no, no, no, go for the 10 grand, go for the 20 grand, you know, and then you’ll blast right pass that.
Christine Schlonski [13:42]
Yeah. So when when did you learn to get along with rejections? How does this work?
Natalie Ledwell [13:49]
Ah, darling, it’s a, it’s a numbers game. And you know, I know, I’ll apply this to something I’ve been teaching recently is bad dating. You know, I’m single, I’m just turned 50. I live in Los Angeles. Oh, my goodness, is that a numbers game? So and the thing is, you go okay, well, I know that if I reach out to this amount of people, that, you know, there’ll be a certain amount that will reach back, and out of that there may be one person I possibly want to go on a date with. So, but the thing is, I don’t focus on like the 10 people that said no, or that didn’t get back to me, I’m only focusing on the people that, that said yes, that are interested, because they, they were not a match, they were not you know, a vibrational match or anything. So the same with business, there are going to be people out there that really need your service that you want to work with, and when your paths cross, then that’s when that’s going to happen. You can’t focus on the people that say no, because it’s not the right timing for you or for them. You know, the last thing you want to do is, is convince someone against their will to work with you, and then all you’re going to do is struggle with that person. And they’ll probably be more more, you know, work than you expected. So you don’t want to do that. No, what you’re doing is meeting, finding out people where they’re at, what their challenges are, do you have a solution for it, and then working out a way that you work together. You know.
Christine Schlonski [15:13]
But was it always that clear for you? Or was that like a learning you had to go through with a numbers game?
Natalie Ledwell [15:21]
Yeah, when I was younger, I would take it personally, you know, and I get all upset when someone said no. But you know, I had a very good sales manager. So I worked in fitness for 11 years, my first and I started managing fitness clubs when I was 21. So I was often in the sales team and managing the sales team. And that was a really good learning ground for me to go, we can’t focus on the people that are not ready yet, can only focus on the people that are. So uh, yeah, it took me it took me a little while to get there. But, but you know what life is just so much better, and you feel so much more amazing and your energy is clean and your vibration is high when you’re only focusing on the people that, you know, they’re just saying yes. And realizing that you know, that there’s a million reasons why people said no, and most of them have got nothing to do with you.
Christine Schlonski [16:07]
Yeah, yeah, I love the no is not now, that’s, that’s what I’m using as well, to just understand, it might not be the right timing. It might not be the right fit at that moment. So it’s totally fine. Do you do remember the first thing you, you’ve ever sold in your life?
Natalie Ledwell [16:25]
Oh, goodness. I’ve been pretty entrepreneurial my entire life. You know, I started working when I was like 14 and, and then I was you know a waitress for a while, and then I, you know, worked in gyms for a long time. Probably in a sales role, it we would have been, you know, gym memberships, back in the day, which is a really long time ago. Wow!
Christine Schlonski [16:52]
Well you just revealed your age.
Natalie Ledwell [16:56]
Christine Schlonski [16:57]
What, what was the first thing that you created and sold? You know, I have like all these amazing stories like somebody painted rocks and sort them to their neighbors.
Natalie Ledwell [17:07]
Oh, right. Well, my first business I had on my own was the nightclub, and then we had coffee. So I think a lot of the businesses that we have with service businesses, which was interesting, because it meant that it didn’t matter what industry we were in, we we knew how to sell a service. Like I went from fitness and gyms, to a nightclub and you go, okay, that was an interesting job. Right? But, but in the end what I broke it down, it’s like it’s still a service business. You know, we still put it up so that every time someone came in, it didn’t matter who they, whether it was the cloakroom girl, or the barer, whoever, it was a pleasant experience. I, you know, we, we managed their expectations. I knew they would hear a certain style of music, that, that their experience would be similar every time they came in. So you know, that, that was something like that I, I think probably it’s just with Mind Movies, creating the programs here is the first time I’ve been creating something and then, and then selling them online. So yeah.
Christine Schlonski [18:07]
Awesome. And, have you always been that, you know, that entrepreneurial person and feeling, feeling okay, or good asking for money? Or was it also like a learning experience?
Natalie Ledwell [18:22]
I think I’ve always been in a place where I’ve been helping people. You know, I really felt that a lot in the fitness industry, so didn’t have a, you know, after my initial thing, by getting the right training, you know, and realizing it’s just a system, it was just that this is understanding the numbers game. So, yet, but I started managing clubs when I was 21. So which gave me the whole bite of how to run a business. And then once I got out of fitness and met Glenn, who we’ve been in businesses ever since then. I think I’ve worked for a bank for five months, and just went no, this is awful. What am I making? This is terrible. Like, I couldn’t stand it. I’m like, I’m out of here.
Christine Schlonski [19:01]
Yeah, great. I just love it. So, unfortunately, time is already kind of up!
